Terms and Conditions

1. About us

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Elite Trade Hub Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16923099, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF (“we”, “us”, “our”). 2. Our services

We provide website design and development, e-commerce websites, graphic design, multimedia design, search engine optimisation (SEO) and monthly website maintenance. The exact work, deliverables, timescale and price for each project are set out in the quote or proposal we send you.

3. Quotes and orders

• Our prices are shown on our website as a guide. Each project is confirmed by a written quote.
• A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
• A contract is formed when you accept our quote in writing (including by email) and, where requested, pay the deposit.
• Work that is not included in the agreed scope will be quoted separately before we start it.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
• Unless agreed otherwise, we ask for a 50% deposit before work begins and the balance before the website or final files are handed over or published.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
• Monthly maintenance is billed in advance each month and continues until cancelled.
• Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, premium plugins, stock images or paid tools are not included unless the quote says so.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide the content, images, logins and feedback we need in good time. Delays in providing these may delay the project.
• Make sure you own or have permission to use any content or materials you give us.
• Check and approve work at each agreed stage.

6. Revisions and approval

Each quote states the number of revision rounds included. Additional changes after approval, or changes to the agreed scope, may be charged separately. Approval of a design or stage in writing allows us to move to the next stage.

7. Cancellation and refunds

• Consumers: if you are buying as an individual and not for business purposes, you may cancel within 14 days of accepting our quote under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within this period, we may deduct a fair amount for the work already carried out.
• Business clients: you may cancel a project at any time by giving written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the date of cancellation. Deposits cover work already started and are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Monthly maintenance: you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Payments already made for the current month are not refundable.
• If we cancel a project for reasons within our control, we will refund any payment for work not carried out.

8. Ownership and intellectual property

Once all invoices for a project have been paid in full, ownership of the final designs and website content we create for you passes to you. Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. SEO and results

Search engine rankings and traffic depend on factors outside our control, such as search engine algorithms and competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.

10. Hosting, maintenance and third parties

Where we set up or manage hosting, domains or other third-party services on your behalf, those services are also subject to the provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party providers.

11. Confidentiality and data protection

We keep your business information confidential and handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to this, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, business or data. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights.

13. Complaints

If you are not happy with our service, please email info@elitetradehubltd.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and respond in full within 14 days.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you accept a quote will apply to that project.
